UK Deliveries:
All items being delivered within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days after the stated production time. Please note that this is an estimate and delivery times may vary due to factors outside my control, such as postal service workload or unforeseen circumstances. I offer free delivery on all UK orders. If your UK order has not arrived within 7-10 working days after dispatch, please make contact so I can investigate.
International Deliveries (including EU):
For all orders shipped outside of the UK, a postage charge of £9.99 will apply. Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on the destination country. Please be aware that you (the customer) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are determined by your local government and are beyond my control. You will be responsible for paying these charges to release your order from customs.
Specific Information for EU Customers:
Following the UK’s departure from the European Union, orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to customs clearance charges, import duties, and Value Added Tax (VAT) upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the courier company prior to or upon delivery. Items entering EU countries will not be released by customs until these fees have been paid. The amount of these duties and taxes is set by the destination country. I recommend checking with your local customs authority to understand the potential charges before placing your order. The courier company will typically communicate these charges and payment instructions via email, so please ensure you provide a correct email address during checkout.
